Eve L-J Baliey's Sculpture and Dance

Projectsfor sculptor Eve Bailey include Entasis (III) 2012 and INTUIT, 2011. Both debutedin the DUMBO Under the Bridge Arts Festival.

Entasis Dance is a sculpture and dance installation conceived of, and realized by Eve Bailey. Three nine feet tall totemic sculptures performed on by three dancers giving fifteen dance performances were set to the urban backdrop of DUMBO under the Manhattan Bridge. All performances were free and open to the public.

For INTUIT, Eve Bailey createdgiant seesaw meant for the shifting weight and counterbalance of two dancers, one on either side.
